Dubai’s Michelin-awarded restaurant Brasserie Boulud is offering diners a culinary passport to the French Riviera this summer with the launch of a new Provençal dining experience.
Guests ordering the Boulud Sur Mer experience can expect summer delicacies by chef Daniel Boulud including Socca À La Provonçal, Tarte À La Tomate, Bouillabaise and Tarte Tropeziene, which can be paired with rosé wine by Château d’Esclans from Provence.
Each dish features traditional ingredients from the region, with the menu set to be served at other Brasserie Bouluds around the world including New York City, Palm Beach, Miami, The Bahamas and Montreal.
The Dubai branch – which is located in the Sofitel The Obelisk hotel and recently won a Michelin Bib Gourmand – will be providing the offer until July 31, and then again from September 1 to September 30.
Meanwhile, the restaurant’s Picnic C’est Chic brunch will introduce a selection of European cheeses, charcuterie, salads, and BBQ-style main courses to match the Boulud Sur Mer experience.
