A new hotel is coming to Dubai with stunning panoramic views of landmarks including the Burj Khalifa – the world’s tallest building – and a rooftop pool.
First Collection Waterfront will be located on the Canal Boardwalk in Business Bay and is set to open its doors in the fourth quarter of this year.
With 327 rooms and suites, guests can visit a state-of-the-art gym and spa complex or dine across restaurants including buffet spot Local and Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery.
All stays come with complimentary transfers to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah – around 25 minutes away – and access to the property’s rooftop pool, which offers vistas of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Canal from plush sun beds and oversized bean bags.
The four-star hotel – which is also pet-friendly – is just minutes away from Downtown Dubai, and a complimentary shuttle bus is available to The Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates.
First Collection Waterfront will join the brand’s two other properties in Dubai at Jumeirah Village Circle and Business Bay, which already welcome 850,000 guests annually from countries including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, the UK, Russia, France, the USA, and Italy.
