The Script, Craig David and Two Door Cinema Club are among the latest acts confirmed for this year’s Formula E concerts at Riyadh’s historical Diriyah district.
Organisers had already announced that Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter James Blunt and three-time Grammy winner Wyclef Jean would play on January 28.
Now, it has been confirmed that British pop star Craig David and Irish rock band The Script will play on January 29, followed by Northern Irish trio Two Door Cinema Club.
Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Gate Development Authority, said: “I am delighted to welcome Formula E back to Diriyah for its fourth year.
“The E-Prix is one of the most important highlights in our sporting events calendar and is the perfect opportunity to showcase Diriyah’s position as an urban pedestrian city of the future, anchored on its past as the birthplace of the Kingdom.”
Tickets for the concerts start from SAR150, and can be purchased via the Formula E website.
