The UAE’s highest restaurant has launched a three-course summer deal inviting diners to take in views of Ras Al Khaimah’s stunning Jebel Jais mountain range from 1,484 metres above sea level.
1484 by Puro – around a two-hour drive from Dubai Marina – is offering the menu every Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm until 7:30pm, priced at AED100 per person.
The selection features a wide range of starters, main courses and desserts options including the refreshing beetroot kale salad and the flavourful Mirin glazed seabass.
Further sweetening the offer, diners at 1484 by Puro will receive a 20% discount on the Jais Flight, the longest zipline in the world.
The voucher also includes a 20% discount on the Jais Sky tour and a 10% discount on the Jais Sledder, providing the opportunity to enjoy thrilling activities on the mountain.
During the summer months, temperatures in the UAE rise well above 40 degrees celsius – but the weather in Jebel Jais means the mountain range stands as a cool sanctuary among the heat.
On the peak, the temperature seldom crosses 30 degrees celsius in the daytime, with night-time temperatures dropping to a comfortable mid-20s.
That means it is the ideal time to visit 1484 by Puro for some outdoor dining – especially when the menu is such a bargain.
If you’re in the mood for something fancier, the mountain restaurant is also offering its signature afternoon tea throughout the summer months.
Available from from 12pm to 6pm, the menu features homemade scones with clotted cream and strawberry preserves, finger sandwiches, a selection of cakes and pastries in addition to unlimited tea and coffee.
