Massimo Bottura is to return to Dubai to host a special dinner for two nights only at his Michelin-starred restaurant Torno Subito.
The world-renowned chef will host the latest edition of Una Sera con Massimo (An Evening with Massimo) on October 10 and 11, with guests taken through an authentic Italian feast featuring a six-course set menu starting at AED895.
The evening at the restaurant at the W Dubai – The Palm hotel will feature Anguilla in saor, vitello alla pizzaiola, Modena-Dubai ribs and more dishes reflecting the authentic flavours of Italy.
For an additional AED495, diners can experience a special beverage pairing with each course.
It comes as Torno Subito launches a new business lunch menu and aperitivo offering with a series of Italian favourites.
On weekdays from 12.30pm to 3pm starting on October 2, the Sapore Di Sale, Sapore Di Mare menu will transport diners to to the 1960s Italian Riviera.
Guests can opt for either two (AED150) or three (AED175) courses including dishes such as vitello tonnato, cacio e pepe, tagliatella al ragu, maitake and more.
The aperitivo deal will meanwhile run daily from October 16 from 5pm-7pm, offering a sundowner spritz overlooking the beach with sharing-style canapes – prices start at AED45.
