Sunrises, poolside beats and mountain sunsets: Fujairah festival Snoopy Beats returns

Snoopy Beats Fujairah festival

Fujairah’s Snoopy Beats festival is returning to the emirate at the beginning of March – bringing three days of electronic dance beats to the sandy shores.

The line-up for the weekend features DJs including Jan Blomqvist, Quest Mimi Love, Doomaz, Jay M, Ronin Rolbac, Jixo & Danz, Mario Bazouri, Daddybisht and Nawar.

Running from Friday March 10 to Sunday March 12, the festival – held under the theme of Reconnect – will also feature a series of interactive art pieces and other performances.

The event will bring together the elements of air, water, earth, fire and human connection, offering the ultimate weekend escape for music lovers.

Visitors are advised to expect “magical sunrises, poolside beats, mountainous sunsets, and dancing into the night”.

Fortunately, like Sharjah, Fujairah isn’t too far from Dubai, at around a one-and-a-half hour drive.

However, ticket-holders can jump on a free direct shuttle service from the Spinneys supermarket at Umm Suqeim in Dubai that will head all the way to the site of Snoopy Beats.

The shuttle leaves Spinneys at 7pm on Friday March 10, then return at 3am on the same night, with additional options coming back to the city at 3am on Saturday March 11 and Sunday March 12.

Tickets for the Friday night cost Dhs150, which includes a free drink, while a two-day pass for Saturday and Sunday is priced at Dhs295. For the full weekend, tickets come in at Dhs400.

If you’re keen on making a weekend of it, then the nearby Sandy Beach Resort is offering special festival packages with rooms starting at Dhs925. Duplexes, two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom chalets are also available.
