Abu Dhabi’s Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri is to transport diners to the heart of the French Alps with a Courchevel Culinary Journey hosted by two Michelin-starred Chef Stéphane Buro.
The gourmet experience will be hosted on November 15 and 16 from 6.30pm to 11pm at the hotel’s award-winning French restaurant Bord Eau.
Guests will experience a curated five course, with highlights including crispy langoustine tartlet, scallop carpaccio with citrus and roasted lobster with salted butter.
For more than 30 years, Stéphane Buron has put all his passion into the kitchens of Le Chabichou, the two Michelin starred gourmet restaurant, located in Courchevel, France.
The evenings are part of the Culinary Master Series at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, which aims to combine exceptional taste and talent presented by a selection of award-winning master chefs.
The evening – hosted in collaboration with Courchevel Tourism – is priced at AED498 per person for a five-course set menu with soft beverages, or AED698 per person for a five-course set menu with wine pairing.
